Terms of Service — last updated 14 September 2026
TrueDeals Shorts Uploader is a private, internal tool operated by Damion Tucker, a sole operator trading as TrueDealsDesigns. It is not offered, sold, distributed, or licensed to anyone else, and it has exactly one user: its operator. These terms describe how it may be used, and the terms it is itself bound by.
The application may be used only by its operator, authenticating with the
operator's own Google account, and only to upload the operator's own videos to
the operator's own YouTube channel, TrueDeals79
(channel ID UCK-nscJZtU5dsIOb7dCyD0w).
It may not be used to access, modify, or publish to any other channel, and it is not made available for anyone else to sign in to or operate.
This application uses YouTube API Services. Its operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. Data handled by Google in the course of that use is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
The application does not scrape YouTube, does not circumvent or alter the YouTube player, does not separate audio from video, and does not store or distribute YouTube content or data belonging to anyone other than its operator.
All content uploaded is created or licensed by the operator: product photography and footage of the operator's own products, or stock footage licensed from Pexels under its free licence, with credit and source recorded alongside the video files. Nothing uploaded is taken from another creator or another channel.
Authorisation granted to this application can be withdrawn at any time from the Google security settings page. Withdrawing it immediately stops the application from being able to upload.
The application is provided as-is, for its operator's own use. Because it is not distributed to anyone else, no warranty is made or implied to any third party, and no third party relies on it.
If the application's behaviour changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised.
